1. The service
Leagon lets you create a community of friends, run tournaments in a number of formats, record results and keep a history of what was played. It is provided as it is, and we may add, change or remove features.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Leagon only with the agreement of a parent or guardian.
You need one account, and it must be yours. Do not share it, and do not create an account for someone else without their knowledge.
3. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your email or Telegram secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.
Choose a username that does not impersonate another person or organisation. We may reclaim a username that does.
4. Communities and roles
A community has an owner — the person who created it — and can have admins, moderators and members.
Owners and admins manage settings, members, join requests and the community subscription. Moderators may write posts and remove comments. Members take part, comment and react.
A tournament may be started by the owner, an admin or a moderator. It is not open to every member, because a tournament changes the table and the rating of everyone in the community.
Any member may create a team. People chosen for a team receive an invitation and become part of it once they accept; nobody is added to a team without knowing. An owner or admin may add members of their community to a team directly.
A community is run by its own people, not by us. We do not arbitrate ordinary disagreements inside a circle of friends, though we will act on content that breaks these terms.
5. Results and disputes
A result is entered by one side and confirmed by the other. Until it is confirmed it is not final.
A community admin may correct a result. Corrections are recorded, and tables and ratings are recalculated. Do not enter results you know to be false — repeated false entries are grounds for removing an account.
6. Your content
Posts, comments, photos, team names and community names remain yours. By posting them you give us the permission we need to store them and show them to the people the app shows them to — nothing wider than that.
Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, threatening, sexual, or that belongs to someone else. Do not upload a photo of a person who has not agreed to it.
Community admins and moderators may remove content in their community. We may remove content anywhere on the service if it breaks these terms.
7. Reporting content
Every post, comment, profile and board entry has a Report action in the app. A report reaches us, not the moderators of the community it came from — the person being reported may be one of them.
We look at each report and either remove the content or leave it and record that we looked. A report is not visible to the person it is about, and we do not tell them who sent it.
Reporting the same thing repeatedly, or reporting to harass someone, is itself a breach of these terms.
8. Free use and limits
Creating a community, running tournaments, entering results, and reading tables and rankings are free, with no time limit and no trial period.
The free plan is limited by counts rather than by time: how many tournaments one person may take part in, how many teams one person may captain, how many members a community may have, and how many tournaments a community may run. The current numbers are shown in the app on the subscription screen, in the Usage section of your profile, and in the pricing section of leagon.online.
These numbers are settings, not promises. We may change them. If a change would lower a limit below what you already use, what you already have is kept — existing members, teams and tournaments are never removed because a limit moved.
Reaching a limit does not delete anything. You stop joining new tournaments and new results stop being recorded for you; everything already played stays, and it becomes available again if you subscribe.
Tournaments played inside a community with a Pro Community subscription do not count towards a person's own total. A tournament is governed by the plan that was in force when it was created, so a tournament that started under a subscription can be finished even if that subscription ends first.
9. Subscriptions
Leagon Pro is a personal subscription. It removes the personal limits described above and adds gradient and animated frames, the Pro badge, advanced head-to-head statistics, Pro Teams — the teams you captain become Pro — and premium share cards.
Pro Community is a subscription for a group. It raises the member limit, removes the community's tournament limit and unlocks community-level features such as the public community page, tournament templates, the quarterly report and the full dispute history.
A community subscription does not give Leagon Pro to the members of that community — each person keeps their own plan. The one exception is the person who pays for it: while a community subscription they bought is running, they have Leagon Pro themselves at no extra cost.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is taken by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms; we never handle your card.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and the subscription keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for an unused part of a period; refunds are handled by the store you bought from.
10. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, to access data that is not yours, to automate account creation, or to use Leagon to harass anyone.
11. Availability
We try to keep Leagon running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may suspend it for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
12. Our liability
Leagon is a tool for amateur sport among friends. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data where you have not kept your own copy, or for anything that happens between people at a match. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Ending the agreement
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms, and we will say why unless the law prevents it.
What survives account deletion is described in the Privacy policy: your identity is removed, the results of matches you played are kept without your name.
14. Changes
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Leagon after that means you accept the new version.
15. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and disputes belong to the courts of Tashkent.
